About Us

Angie Nichole Rivadeneira
Angie Nichole Rivadeneira leads this work. She is the main lead and public face. She heads the day-to-day work of helping underprivileged people, beginning with kids and families already here and growing carefully from there. She is from Ecuador and is earning her CMA certification in Philadelphia (not finished; not a license for this project).
Joseph D. Ticas
Joseph D. Ticas is second in charge and supports the work. He is the owner of North Georgia Cameras and Cabling LLC (NGCC) and the owner of Local Launch LLC. He will serve as a board member of the charity once it is formed and registered.
The charity, along with NGCC and Local Launch, took shape while we lived in Philadelphia for six months. That time is where the ideas and the drive came together. The charity’s public work begins in Atlanta, then returns to Philadelphia, then goes farther — still one charity. California is a natural next area because Alyssa M. Ticas is based there.
The charity grew from a desire to help underprivileged people. It begins with kids and families already here, starting in Atlanta, then Philadelphia, then farther. Over time the aim is to support women, mothers, older adults, and others in need, connect people exploring legal pathways to the United States with licensed immigration attorneys, and, as resources allow, support housing for underprivileged families in Ecuador and El Salvador.
Practical early steps in Georgia can include helping with community efforts such as Thanksgiving meals at local churches. These are done carefully while the charity is still being formed.
This is our legacy in the making. Angie leads. The work is preliminary. Nothing is registered yet. No donations are accepted. No jobs are offered. Immigration help is referral to a licensed attorney only. Housing support is a future goal.
